Warranty repairs are performed in cooperation with and on commission of Schneider Electric Polska (formerly APC Polska). Customers reporting a defect which is under warranty should contact Schneider Electric technical support (www.apc.com/support/contact/ask_apc.cfm). Schneider Electric decides on how the repair/ complaint is to be handled.
