The APC Service Centre operates as part of Computer Service Support Beskidy Sp. z o.o. based in Bielsko-Biała. Our staff includes people with more than 20 years of experience in servicing APC UPSs. We used to provide door to door service for all small APC UPSs before the service policy was changed (now UPSs are replaced with working units, and the process is handled by courier companies from warehouses located in Western Europe). Currently, we focus on post-warranty repairs of all UPSs and, in case of large UPSs, we provide support for Schneider Electric in relation to launches, repairs and non-standard logistics and service solutions.
