Services: Out of warranty services

For UPSs delivered to our shop, diagnostics and quotation are free of charge. In case of post-warranty repairs, we try to remove the defect at the component level. This allows us to reduce the cost of repairs, which, in turn, means lower overall operating costs of UPSs for the user. Due to the fact that repairs at the component level can only be carried out at our shop, for the time of repair we offer our customers with replacement UPSs (for low power) or replacement modules for larger UPSs (SMART VT, SYMMETRA, etc.). We successfully repair modules for SMART VT/ Galaxy 3500 and SYMETRA UPSs. We grant a warranty on our repairs.
