Back series/ SMART series

. Component level repair, fast service, attractive prices, warranty on the repair.

 SMART RT (SURT) series – UPSs with OnLine topology. We specialise in repairing these UPSs, we never give up. Almost 100% of defects are removed at the component level, the average repair time is a few days, the level of complaints with regard to our repairs is close to 0%. We offer replacement UPSs for the time of the repair.

SMART VT/ Galaxy3500 series

– a classic in the power range of 10 - 40 kVA. Highly efficient and reliable solution, very low failure rate. This is another UPS series about which we can say that we specialise in. Approximately 90% of the repairs are done at the component level. The average repair time is about 7 days. In critical cases, we try to shorten the time or make replacement power modules available to customers during the repair.

SYMMETRA, SYMMETRA LX, SYMMETRA RM series

– an ideal solution in situations when the continuity of power supply is the highest priority. The modular design allows for diagnostics and maintenance without shutting down the entire device. In our warehouses we have all the replacement modules for the SYMMETRA series single-phase UPSs. In the case of failure, we are able to quickly deliver and replace the faulty module which we later try to fix in our shop. The effectiveness of repairs of UPS modules in the case of SYMMETRA series is about 70%.

SILCON

– an ideal solution when the cost of operation is essential. These UPSs are no longer manufactured, but are still widely used. We have a set of spare parts for the most common models with the power of 10, 20, 40 kVA. We offer periodic inspections, repairs and full maintenance.

SMART DP, MATRIX

– somewhat outdated solutions but still in use. We are also very capable in the repair of these models.
